It arrived on time, I assembled by myself which was not difficult. I had an issue with the meter not counting my strokes and called customer service. They were very pleasant and sent a new one out very quickly. Overall very happy but wish the seat was a bit more padded for people with boney butts like me!

Delivered in great shape - no dings & all parts there, but one bumper had broken loose from the blister pack. Assembly was easy, taking 30-45 minutes at a very relaxed pace. Quality is very good. Smooth operation. Light weight and no surprises. Resistance is not adjustable yet you can row harder and faster to increase it. Computer is basic and works perfectly. I use this for a cardio workout and it's exactly what I needed. The one thing you'll need to add is a 1/2” hose clamp to prevent the main fold-away bolt from falling off each time you break it down. This was NOT in the parts or instructions, as if somehow it wouldn't be a problem. I researched a consumer rower for more than a year, hoping to find one for under $350 that had a five-star rating or close to it. That's a tall order. I didn't expect it to be in the Concept class, and I surely didn't want to pay $1,000-$2,000 for it either. But this Stamina 1402 met my criteria and hasn't let me down. I like it a lot, and I'd buy it again.
