Great Jacket, Needs a better main zipper

I have had this jacket for 2-3 months. I use it as a shell over layers for winter motorcycling. I really like it. My only issue is with the main zipper. The small size makes it hard to get started, and twice I have zipped up without the pull clasp being fully engaged, resulting in the zipper opening from the bottom and a difficult extraction. After this, I think the teeth were damaged so it now zips hard. And, the engagement of the clasp halves is continuing to be more and more difficult. I would suggest a heavier duty zipper with larger teeth.

Poor Zipper Quality

Bought one of these jackets 2-3 years ago for general wear when outdoors in the rain. Basically, I like the jacket, but have had several instances when the front zipper opened from the bottom while I was driving. Yesterday, I found the hood pocket zipper was partially open and misaligned. Since I do not like and never use hoods, and had not opened the hood pocket since the day I received the jacket and enclosed the hood in the pocket, I cannot explain how the zipper was stressed enough to open and not be aligned properly to be closed without a great deal of tugging. These jackets need a heavy duty nylon zipper (preferably a primary one that is designed for opening at each end for easier driving) that would allow more confidence for the wearer that the zippers would not malfunction in heavy rain. I would buy a replacement Klikker when mine wears out, but only if the zippers are upgraded.
