Actually, I purchased this for a friend for tennis and she has found it helpful. Personally , I have had mine for a few years and found this to help my tennis elbow when other products haven't. A friend of mine recommended it because of the positive results he had with it. I've also purchased one for another friend in the past and he found it helpful for tennis playing. I would highly recommend this to anyone suffering with tennis elbow. Of course, your tennis elbow could be so far gone that you might really need to rest it first . Other then that, I would say to give it a try.
