Professional Hearing Aid Vacuum Cleaner

I tried several times to insert the nossel attachment into the hearing aid to vacuum the ear wax out,but the nossel was to big to go in! I complained to Wal-Mart and they sent an email to the company in new York to contact me within 48 hours or else. He co responded and said sorry, but they can't accept returns because of possible contamination! What a lame excuse it didn't fit in to get any wax out,there was no contamination! not a very honest company response, and should be dropped from Wal-Mart's product line.

Don't waste your money. Worked fora few seconds and then would not restart. I contacted Maxi- Aids and was advised to call Serene Innovations. I did so was told it could not be repaired over the phone. Recommended return to Maxi-Aids for replacement or refund. Decided against replacement. Maxi-Aids said to return it. I could not get the four batteries out of it. I would have to return it at my expense with the four brand new batteries in it that I had to supply.
