I have Planter Facitis, I also have sours. I work on my feet between 4-6 hours 5 days a week. It's been extremely painful then finally one day I decided to check out help and came across Powerstep Pinnacle Implants. It cought my attention the price was good so I ordered them. I'm not going to say it took away my pain :100: but I will say it's so so much better! I really recommend it

I love these! This is my fourth pair. I like them better than my custom orthotics. They hold up well and fit in all my shoes. I have the smaller ones for loafers and dress shoes and they fit great. I wear these anytime I am going to be on my feet or walk and they have been the right support to keep my plantar fasciitis in check. I walk two miles each day on a treadmill and they really support my feet.
