Garter Belts are designed to hold stockings -- usually thigh highs and other garments that do not extend to the groin -- securely in place. The JOBST Garter Belts , which all use a clasp/hook fastener, are available in four styles -- Standard, Adjustable, Over the Shoulder Single and Double -- to meet a variety of preferences. NOTE: Legwear for men should be measured within 2" (5cm) of the groin.
