These Immune Support multivitamins are great! They contain generous amounts of important immune support supplements. I love the easy to digest capsules which are enhanced for optimal absorption. However, while the label is lovely, it's very difficult to read. In fact, the pertinent information was in such a tiny script; I had to look it up on line to find out what's in it! And on the left side of the label, there is information titled, "About Immune Support Complex". Unfortunately, it is camouflaged within a lovely, colorful background making it nearly impossible to read. While the packaging will indeed catch ones eye on the shelf, this quality product may be passed over because the label is so hard to read. So please do us all a favor, customers and retailers, and consider modifying the label so we'll all clearly see how awesome this product truly is!

These Premium Immune Support Multivitamins contain vitamin A, B, C, D, E. I have been taking these pills every morning with a cop of coffee. I like taking them first thing in the morning because they contain vitamin b12, which helps to put a little pep in my step first thing in the morning. The pills are small, flavorless, and easy to swallow. It is hard for me to consistently make sure that I'll get all my nutrients from fruits and vegetables alone, and this multivitamin is a nice supplement to my diet allowing me to hit my daily nutritional guid lines. On days which I work out, I will take an additional vitamin directly after completing my exercises with a protein shake. Since starting to take these vitamins, I have noticed that I've had a bit more stamina than before. After work, once I have gone home, I often had felt exhausted. Now, I don't necessarily feel energetic when I get home, but I haven't been feeling as exhausted as I had before. This vitamin, overall, seems so far to be a nice daily supplement to make sure you get the recommended dosage of vitamins and minerals.
