Not balloon pictured

I purposely bought this exact ballon because of the light blue color and cartoon look to it to match my sons birthday back drop, not only is this a totally different ballon but it's a darker shade of blue and looks like a live action Cookie Monster which isn't what I wanted at all. I would like the one pictured in the description
