Would not suggest!

I just received this package. The small balloons were literally sent in a ziplock baggie. The two star balloons were folded and one was torn at the seam and the silver was rubbing off. I am sending them back which is super unfortunate because I was trying to surprise my daughter for her quarantined birthday. Super disappointed.
