My 5 year old is doing beginner lacrosse lessons and these balls have been perfect for us to practice playing at home. Bouncy but not quite as heavy as real lacrosse balls. Downside is that our dog also really enjoys them. They don't stand up to strong chewers but are otherwise perfect!
