Won't stick

I love this type of soap dish and have two in our other bathroom. But, these ones don't stick! It's possible the suction cup is shaped wrongly or something like that. I have another suction cup device (razor holder) on these tiles so it is not the tile surface which is at fault. Basically, I'll have to replace the suction cups or simply throw these two holders away.
