Decent Price for Smashbox Eyeliner

I was glad to see that Walmart carried this eyeliner from Smashbox. This color has been discontinued, so I purchased two of them. It came quickly and you can tell it was new and never used.

Not Smashbox Quality!

I can not even use this pencil. It wouldn't even make a mark on my eye so I tried sharpening it. A large piece broke, then after it was as sharp as I could get it, it clumped all over my eyelids. What a mess! Defiantly not the Smashbox quality I've had in the past.
