The girl who said her hair fell out from this clearly had other issues because this product is ammonia free and is zero lift and therefore will not alter the hair strand other than lightly depositing color. I truly think she also put some sugar on that as well. If she probably stopped messing with it, it wouldn't fall out. Also it's important to use the color correctly. Did you mix it with Zero Lift pravana developer? Did you also mix in clear with this because unless you do, it will turn the color of the undertone. Purple, blue or gray. If that's what you want then don't use clear. If you want to be platinum use clear.
