Great Product and Better Customer Service

Very nice furniture for the price. Lightweight but not chintzy. The extra cushions were definitely a bonus and the wheat cover was a much better color than was pictured. A few issues with damage in shipping but customer service handled that courteously and professionally and more than compensated for the aggravation. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend the product and Hayneedle has just acquired a customer for life.

VERY Poor Quality

You can get this type of poor quality plastic outdoor set at any discount retailer in any city. It looks great in the pictures on line but it's very poor quality. It's entirely made of cheap woven plastic. The tan color cushion covers were on it when it arrived. We decided to put the blue covers on and the zipper ripped off in my hand. Poor quality, cheap materials, extremely disappointing for the almost $3,000 price tag!! We purposely stayed away from other sets in the $800-$1500 price range because we wanted to be sure we got a high quality set. If they made returns easy I would return it immediately but its not.
