Great appliance

I've used the air fryer a few times and really like it. It's great for making a quick snack or small meal. It won't replace my full-size oven for family cooking but definitely a nice additional appliance to have. One of my favorite things is that this model has the removable metal racks and bottom tray instead of a plastic basket. I think the racks allow better air flow and are easy to clean. The only two things I wish were better is that the door hinge doesn't feel stable and there are no basic recipes to start. There are plenty of recipes online, but providing a table of time and temperature for a few common food items would have been helpful..

I Would Definitely Buy This Product and This Brand Again.

I already owned to Instant Pots at the time I ordered the Vortex Plus 10 Air Fryer Oven. The reason I purchased the oven was due to the quality of the brand. And I have to say their customer service is as top notch as their product. My oven arrived with a piece broken on the rotisserie basket. I contacted the company and they offered to send a replacement part. However the part was back ordered so after a very short wait, they sent a new oven. This product works very well and their customer service is outstanding.

We LOVE our Instant Vortex Plus 10 Quart Air Fryer Oven! So far we have made french fries, dehydrated apples, cheese burek (This is a Serbian recipe made with phyllo dough and it came out better than ever before!) and I have baked some potatoes. We had a problem when we first got it but I called the customer service and they made everything right! I recommend highly buying one!
