This actually keeps my one tooth from aching at night. My dentist told me after brushing at bedtime to eat one or two and the Xylitol can help repair tooth damage given time and NOT FLOSSING! FLOSSING IS NOT SO GREAT FOR OLDER FOLKS. Brush well with a soft bristled brush,rinse well and chew a couple of these. SO FAR,I am doing great and am saving my tooth.
