Awesome company

Ordered ten jars of sauce. They were very well packaged. First each jar was wrapped in a plastic zip lock bag and then rolled many times over in padded packing. Then all were placed in a box. The packing must have cost more that the jar of sauce itself. One did arrive broken but stayed intact in its packing. I reached out to Jet and they immediately issued a refund for the one broken jar. Excellent company with great pricing. Will be looking to them first for my my future purchases. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

A Staple in my house

This has been my everyday sauce for years. Last year my grocery store stopped carrying this sauce, so I was super happy to find it on Jet.com. I have ordered this a few times now and there has been one damaged jar in two of the orders. Jet has promptly refunded the price with no issue. Will continue to buy this sauce and use this awesome service!!
