The toy packaging was torn and taped back together. The toy was dirty and the half of the decorative stickers were falling off. The batteries that came with the toy were worn out so when I saw the condition of the packaging, I removed to toy and added new batteries to be sure it even worked. I didn't want my daughter to open something that didn't work. Instead of the hassle of putting the toy back in packaging and figuring out where to return it, I cleaned the toy up and ended up removing the stickers that were falling off.

I ordered this as a gift for my son for Xmas the toy came with the packaging ripped and taped together the toys stickers were coming off it was full of dust and buttons didn't work I called toysanity with my complaint I wanted a new toy I sent pictures of how the toy arrived they said its impossible for our warehouse to have sent it out like that and refused my exchange ill never purchase from their company again its a joke no one answers the phone and you have to wait 24 48 hours for a email response Do not buy this product waist of money
