Mueller Adjustable Open Patella Knee Support

I had a single earlier version of this product (Model B45317A Rev 5) that was wonderfully comfortable to wear. I now need braces for both legs. I tried other brands that I purchased from local stores. All where uncomfortable, so I thought I'd try the newer version from Mueller hoping it would meet the quality of the one I have. Not even close. The former model has soft edges that protect the skin from the Velcro fasteners. This newer model has larger Velcro fasteners that are unfinished and dig into the back of the leg and have chaffed severely to the point of drawing blood. At which point continued wear is impossible until the wounds heal.
