Works Well Via Computer USB Port
This headset works perfectly fine. I have used it for Zoom calls and it seems to cancel out background noise well. According to the manual, you do get reduced performance when not connected via computer, so if you want a headset for your cell phone you should get something else. I've tried it with my phone and still was satisfied though. I'm still not sure if I will be able to use it for over-the-phone interpreting either because I am not yet set up to connect through a landline phone.
