Unbeatable sturdiness and quality for the price

I wanted a way to squat and do pullups at home again since my gym was closed due to Covid and found this on Walmart.com. Honestly I wasn't expecting much for this low price. However I was pleasantly surprised by the sturdiness and quality of this unit. It was well-packed with everything wrapped. The parts felt solid with a good-quality finish. And all the holes lined up and it fit together perfectly (which is often a problem on low-cost gym equipment). So assembly was easy. The only thing not totally solid are the vertical pegs in the rear for holding weights; their attachment isn't as secure and they are a little floppy. And it didn't really come with "assembly instructions", but just an exploded parts diagram that was hard to read. But assembly was self-explanatory so it was no problem. So those are very minor nit-picks. It also came with four strange-looking expanding bolts (like drywall anchors) which weren't on the diagram, which I figured out were probably floor anchors to fit the four hold-down eyelets around the bottom. But it seems to work just fine freestanding. Overall I'm very please with this purchase and have been bragging to my co-workers about my new home-gym accessory!

Took awhile to get here due to the covid-19 shelter in place but it got here when they said it would. Was very easy to assemble and pretty sturdy for just a single stand design. I was able to use this stand for toes to bars though knees have to be bent at the bottom. Held my weight and swing just fine. Can be weighted down to help with rocking. I got this mainly for barbell squats and bench press and it does the job nicely. Great value for the price!

For price, this is 5 stars. If you can live without the safety of power racks and safety bars, this is good enough especially for limited spaces. It works well to do squats, overhead presses, flat bench. I do enjoy the grip of the pullup bar. Doing pullups does case it to shake, but it's still sturdier than I expected. You can store 2 inch olympic size weight plates in the corner. This is part of my garage gym due to Covid 19.
