This mattress cover is 100% cotton. It is soft to feel and comfortable, it does not make noise like vinyl mattress cover, it did not shrink when we washed it and it fits the twin mattress well. My daughter is using this and she likes it compared to vinyl mattress cover she had before. Good product for the price.
