Not compatible with laptops

It came quickly. It doesn't work to connect my laptop to my projector. I tried two different laptops with no success. Maybe that's not what it is made to do. I was disappointed. I contacted seller for a return 2 days ago and haven't heard back yet.

bought this to watch video from computer on tv, was supposed to have software in device for this once installed was supposed to work, maybe missing part of software, tried to load and uninstall several times, could not get it to work. wouldn't recommend.
