Peak Resistance High Altitude Training Mask

This is by far the best elevation mask... I tried every other mask before finally getting this one. The mask is simple... meaning you don't have to pop out the valves to change the intensity. There is a resistance switch right on the mask. The biggest benefit I found was the way in which the mask actually fit around my mouth an nose. I struggled with the other brands getting it fit and create the necessary air seal around my face. This mask has 2 straps which position themselves around your head perfectly and keep the mask from moving while you are engaging in activity.

Excellent device for challenging your breathing. Is good for recognizing your breathing during activities.
