Good product

For a low budget awning it works very well . Fabric is maybe a little heavier than your bbq grill cover. I'd say you probably get 5 years out of it with alot of sun exposure. They do sell replacement fabrics. There are alot of reviews about trouble with installation or hanging improperly or low. This awning will adjust perfectly. You need some common sense and pretty decent mechanical abilities. If you are unsure in the least bit do yourself a favor and hire a professional. I own a CONTRACTING company and was able to do it by myself. However I dont reccomend this. You really need 2 people.
