Firestone Firehawk GT All Season 235/50R18 97H Passenger Tire

I bought this tire online and set up a date to have it installed at a Walmart auto center. I showed up to my appointment, dropped of the car and 30 min later came back to find out they had not started on the tire replacement because the tire I was sold was over 10 years old. Took 3 times to try and return the tire because it had to be returned at the Service department desk. I showed up 10 minutes before closing and 2 installers said the door was locked but go around front and she will help you. Took the tire all the way thru the store just to find out no one was there in the service area, waited 15 minutes after pressing the help button and no one ever showed up. Next time I showed up 1 hour before they closed and there was one technician there. He remembered me and let me in, but no one was at the service desk. He told me they all went home. He tried to find the assistant manager of the store but was nowhere to be found. He said he paged her, and we will see if she comes. 15 minutes no one is around. Had to take it to another Walmart center 20 minutes away. The service manager there did take care of me but something that should have taken 20 minutes took over and hour and 2 extra trips. Be careful about buying tires online from them.
