Picket House Furnishings Harrison 2-Drawer Nightstand

i have the dresser and i liked it so i ordered the nightstand for beside my bed. i especially like having 2 nice big drawers beside the bed. The nightstand arrived well packaged but i could hear something jangling inside. To my disappointment one of the metal handles was broken. Called Walmart, arranged pickup/replacement and crossed my fingers it wouldn't have issues. Had to wait awhile, of course, but the replacement arrive perfectly fine. l knocked off a star because the BACK of these pieces (dresser %26 nightstand) which aren't shown in photos, are a bright light color that clashes with their deep color. No problem when pieces are going against the wall but for me, because of the necessary position of my dresser, an eyeful of that bright light color showed and it's a cheap looking material. SO, i painted the back of each (thought might as well do both) piece with matt black. Much better

Love the look, the height is good for our taller post bed. Only downside is it is not solid wood but if it were it would cost more. Nice set.
