Not happy with Walmart

I order a specific tire and was sent the wrong size. I paid to have it installed and they couldn't install it. I only got the money back for the tire and not the installation. I called walmart and could not talk to a real person. I want to get the right tire and have it installed but I don't have any idea how to do this. Please return all my money.
