Need to know how to clean deposits

The shower is very nice. We've had it for 3 yrs but need to know how to clean the deposits. We tried to remove but it didn't seem easy to do. We used a plastic bag with vinegar and water but what to know if easier way Thank you

Seam split and water comes out sides

We had the 6345EP installed professionally by company that changed our tub to shower 1 year ago. Today I turned on shower and water was shooting out of the sides of shower head and I discovered the seam popped all around the head. I was very happy up to today !
