Tire is great, installation process unprofessional

The tire itself and the ordering process was fine. The installation process was far from ideal. There was over an hour and half wait from my scheduled time. Then I get a call the work is done and I find the technician has replaced the wrong tire! I don't know how they managed to not notice the tire with damaged side wall, but they actually left the damaged tire on and switched out a good tire. This resulted in having to wait an additional hour for this process to be corrected.
