Katrina is a U.S. Army Medical Services Corp officer, with twenty years of service. In addition to her daily duties as a Medical Human Resources and Operations Officer in the Army, she also serves as a registered Suicide Prevention trainer and Master Resilience Trainer. Katrina is known by her fellow soldiers, friends and family for having a passion for people. She often supports, motivates and encourages others to always do and be their best no matter what. Katrina is a huge promoter of mental health and wellness, self-care and doing whatever makes you happy and brings joy to your life.
