Quality car, multiple places for changing colors

I bought these as a gift for my 5 year old who is obsessed with monster trucks. He's been asking for color changers for a while so I splurged and got these ones since he's also into Scooby Doo and a dog lover. This scale of Monster Jam trucks can take some abuse. He brought them camping and they faired fine, no chips in the paint or broken parts. The color changing works well too. We've been disappointed by Hot Wheels color changers not changing colors, but the Monster Jam cars seem to work better. They can double as pool toys and hold up, change colors while running a bath or as he helps wash dishes, or just regular play. The color changers are pricier than I'd normally want to spend, but at least they are quality.
