The recipes are simple to prepare and you can storage them easily. The shopping list had helped me a lot by saving me a lot of time. Ive only eaten from the recipes in this cookbook and have lost 14lb of fats in ONE MONTH without neither feeling hungry nor eating UNTASTY FOOD
