Good grip Pilate ring

This Pilate ring creates a great workout. It has a good source of compression. If you search online you can find many Pilate ring workouts. The ring comes with a basic instruction sheet with a few workouts on how to start using you Pilate ring. It's really easy to use. Shipping and delivery took a few days. I like the soft color of the ring. It's sturdy and good foam handles.
