Total garbage... doesn't work

Total garbage....I've bought Dorman previously and was satisfied. This Piece of garbage they sent me though is my turning point. Took 2 1/2 hrs to install which I knew what I was doing then the piece of crap stops with 2" of the window still open. i guess with the way our country is going not to be unexpected. I'm an old man and know how to work on vehicles. This piece of crap is unacceptable
