Using this tool

This tool is made for the 614-001 boot..I wish that Walmart carried that boot but couldn't find it here.. Trick to keep the boot from ripping when you expand it with this tool..Warm the boot, either by setting it in the direct sun or running hot water..Place it on the tool and expand the boot in steps..about 4 steps and at each step, let the air out and let the tool go back to the beginning position..Then expand it a little more from the previous expansion..do this for about 4 times..each a little wider till you get the width you need and don't go any wider than you need.. get it on the axle as fast as you can and when it is on, deflate the air as fast as you can.. The tool is built well..Did 4 boots in about 1.5 hours
