Good customer service experience

First package had several damaged components on one end. When I sent pictures to customer service- they responded quickly and immediately put in a replacement order for me.Installation was straight forward - 30mins - 1hr depending on how large of blinds you get. Looks good on the walls and the blackout works great.Overall I'm very happy with the end result, and appreciate that the customer service replaced the damaged blinds without any hassle.

Fabulous!!!!!

I just installed these shades. I have one remote that powers 2 very large shades on my lake home. They provide complete blackout so I can sleep in. These shades are fabulous and by far best investment I've made. They were half cost of anything I could have gotten locally, shipment was very quick and everything was made perfectly. Would highly rec.

Excellent customer service!

I love these shades! It took a minute, but Michael from Yoolax was able to walk me through the Alexa setup. Once I figured out where I had gone wrong, I was on my way to Zebra blind greatness. I love these shades and Yoolax support was awesome when I got stuck! I recommend this product.
