Disappointing~

The description stated Seyurigaoka 15.75 Independence Day Fourth of July Party Decorations which I clearly misunderstood to mean it was 15.75 inches. Well it is actually 10.5 inches and that is considerably smaller. I'm not sure what the 15.75 actually stands for! It's cute, but disappointingly small for an outside decoration. The picture shows the yellow tape measure set at 15.75 inches compared to the actual item.

So dissatisfied. Looks like something you would get at the dollar tree for $1.00. flowers all smashed ribbon looks terrible. Cant believe I paid $30.00 for this. Not packaged for protection.
