I absolutely love the layout of this book. Especially the Meal prep setup and information. There is a measurement Conversion chart at the end of the book, and there are great tips on storage, variations, and vegetarian options. The best aspect of the book for me is the abundance of information given on the Per Serving section of each recipe. The prep and cook times are short which I really like. There is nothing about this book that I don't enjoy.
