Kids Love It

This sandbox was fairly easy to put together and creates a nice big area to play in. We have had six kids in it at one time and no arguing about who is in their space! We also got the cover for it and it works great. It takes quite a bit of sand to fill it up and we keep ours about half full for now. Overall, a great purchase and gets used almost everyday.

great sandbox purchase

This was a great sandbox purchase. I priced hardware stores for purchasing parts separately and this was by far the best deal price wise. It was easy to assemble. One thing I would point out is the instructions say you can use a power drill to put the screws in but I would advise against it unless you gently applie power. To much power will strip the product material. I found it just as easy to put screws in with screw driver and do not over tighten. And the best thing about this sandbox is that my grandchildren love it.

Fun in the sand!

This sandbox was a good purchase for us. I liked the idea of plastic composite rather than wood, but it also has its drawbacks. Be sure not to use a power screwdriver when assembling. The 12" product consists of two 6" frames with additional connectors for the two layers. There is a video on the mfr's site (Frame-it-all). The side boards have a more plastic look than pictured, but looks good. Make sure it is where you want it because it takes 3350 lbs of sand to fill. If you buy the cover with this, make sure the frame is set so that the cover fits properly (the frame is hinged). I paid the supplier of the sand a little extra to wheel the sand from the truck to the sandbox. Tip: remove the upper half of one of the side panels and a board to wheel the sand into the box. The grandkids love it!
