The shampoo came from an outside vendor. The bottle did not look like the picture. It was clear plastic and was shipped in a padded envelope. The plastic was cracked and leaking in the envelope. I had to transfer the contents to another bottle to use it. I did not find it to be very frizz reducing and cant be sure it is the genuine product from this vendor. The other products from this company and shipped from Walmart have been very good.
