DEFECTIVE HALLOWEEN STRING LIGHTS LARGE BULBS

I purchased 4 sets of these lights and it was the worst purchase I made; not only that but the manufacturer is not giving me replacements or a refund for the defective string of lights that I received. They are cheaply made and the bulbs blow out as soon as they are plugged in. I am disappointed in Walmart and wherever these lights came from I do know that it was overseas; it speaks for itself.
