I had no issue with the product. I purchase the tire and had it delivered to the location with an appointment time of 9:00 am. Your website listed it as being available for installation. I arrived at the location at 9. I waited around until 10 and asked the clerk what the status was. She checked with the installer, and I was told that he was starting to work on it. I waited until 11 and again was told he was working on it having difficulty. Please note that the entire time, no one was communicating with me. When I started to complain, the clerk called the manager over to talk to me. He checked with the installer and came out and told me that they could not complete the job. The entire time no one offered me any apologies. The manager told me that I would have to go to a golf cart outlet to complete the job. I went to your competitor and had it done in 30 minutes. So, a service that was advertised on your website which should have been completed in 30 minutes was not completed in your location in 2 hours with no apologies or any communication the entire time. Needless to say, I will not have any auto care work done at Walmart!! James Vidrine
