Loiret Light Grey Finish Wood Storage Platform King Wall Bed with Dresser, Mirror, Chest

We ordered this set. It didn't come with a chest of drawers so we were going to order it separately. 2 days later they offered it for the same price with the chest of drawers. I called Walmart. com and asked if they could just ship me the chest. They said no, that I would have to return the whole set and repurchase it to get the chest. The first set showed up and we just refused the load like the driver told us to do. The second set showed up a few days later. We had most of it put together when we opened the box with the dresser and realized it was damaged. They wanted us to box it up and send the whole thing back again because they said they couldn't just ship us a dresser. We weren't willing to go through all that work and we had cut the boxes up. My husband and I are both over 60 an I had just had hand surgery, so he was doing all the heavy work by himself. This is a very large heavy set. Returning it was not an option for us. They only gave us 160.00 off for the damage. We will have to pay again now to have it repaired. And here 11 days later we still haven't received our 1589.00 for the first set. So I had to call again today and they said it will still be another 5 days before we get our refund. So we are out 3600.00 to date, when they could have just solved the problem by shipping us a chest. I love the bedroom set a lot, but Walmart.com is absolutely horrible! They are definitely not into helping their customers. Buyer beware. I will never order from them again, and we have been customers for decades. I would definitely recommend the bedroom set, maybe just buy it somewhere besides Walmart.com!
