Absolutely perfect for snack sizing, for school occasions, these are beyond and above for the amount of uses!! If I don't inhale the box on its own, these have become a household dessert via crockpot. Just layer the bottom of the crock, add a can of pie filling/fruit of your choice & let it simmer! SO MANY recipes, from cherry pie lasagna to cherry pie cinnamon rolls, these are phenomenal!

No cherry pieces are visible. The filling is often quite thick and syrupy, thanks to cornstarch and other thickening agents. While the cherry flavor is present, it lacks the nuanced depth and complexity of a pie made with fresh cherries and a touch of almond extract.
