Might fit an Extra Large Chihuahua

I received the shirt yesterday. It was purchased to be worn by our rescues at events so that people would know they are available for adoption. When I opened the package I was very disappointed. The shirt looks like it is made for a doll. An extra large should at the least fit a boxer or lab, but this shirt would not even fit over the head of our boxer. Even if it did it would never have fit his body. It is now obvious to me why the only picture shown is of the shirt folded and not fully opened.
