Not Compatible

This grip surprisingly feels pretty well made however, it is NOT compatible with Canon EOS 80D as listed. Pretty disappointed, I was looking forward to using for shoot this weekend.

Grip Doesn't Work With Canon EOS8

The grip does not allow genuine Canon batteries to communicate with the Canon EOS 80D camera. This causes the camera to think the batteries are not made by Canon and the camera will no display the batteries charge or health status. Do not use this grip with the Canon EOS 80D
