I usually have heavy flow on my first two days and my whole cycle been light. I'm TTC I have regular periods just trying to ovulate. Welps I'll come back and edit if I notice any changes. I need the product since I couldn't get it where I usually do and I was please to get it in under 5 days. The taste isn't the best but with a little honey and vanilla it goes down. It helps with cramps and my period was aggressive the second month I was on it and a lot better by the second month. Half with my purchase and yes I would recommended it to others.
