6 pairs not 36 pairs as stated

Item title and description clearly state more than once 36 pairs clearance price. I ordered 2 packs to use for donations. Received 2 packs of 6 pairs. Emailed company and walmart have heard nothing. If a company wants to sell on walmart.com they should provide some sort of customer service as its not my fault the decription is incorrect. Because its not sold by walmart they want you to contact the company directly. But the company doesnt reply. I gave the company 4 weeks before posting this review. Ample time for at least a reply. Still waiting to see if I the socks owed to me. I hate leaving a bad review but no communication is the worst customer service
