Kalorik 200 Watts Professional Food Slicer, in Silver (AS 45493 S)

I've had two Vevor meat slicers prior to this one and, hands down, this Kaloric is much better design, easier to clean and quieter...all for a better price at that! The Vevors would pull food behind the blades which ended up in every nook and cranny and became a total pain to clean. This machine keeps almost all of the orts on outer surface with just a few bits along the bottom of the face plate behind the blade once it is removed. I like the slant toward the back also that drains any excess liquid off to the backside versus the Vevor flat surface design. It is also much quieter than the Vevors although my unit is not as quiet as I had expected and hoped from other reviews. It runs quieter while cutting than it does just spinning so that makes the noise more noticeable. My only complaint, which is minor, would be the rubberized foot pads at the back which I would have preferred to have been located totally underneath the unit rather than sticking out marginally. This slight footpad suction cup protrusion keeps a cutting board (or platter) from neatly sliding up flush to the unit or a tad below the unit's back edge. All in all, love it!
